By creating an account or using LiveData, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
LiveData ("the Service") is a browser-based broadcast overlay and data management platform operated by We Are Live (WAL), Nigeria. The Service allows users to create, manage, and display live data-driven graphics for use in broadcast production software such as OBS Studio, vMix, and H2R Graphics.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at team@wearelive.ng if you suspect unauthorised access.
One person may not operate multiple accounts to circumvent trial or free plan limitations. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service commercially.

LiveData offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in Nigerian Naira (₦) via Paystack or Flutterwave.
Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. Plan limits (layers, team seats, storage) are enforced based on your active plan at any given time.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.
Some plans offer a free trial period. Trial access is granted once per email address and workspace. Creating new accounts to restart trials is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
At the end of a trial, your account reverts to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused periods within a billing cycle.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days at team@wearelive.ng and we will review your case.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or via your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
You retain ownership of all content you create within LiveData — your overlays, data, logos, and assets. By using the Service, you grant WAL a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and serve your content as necessary to deliver the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen outages, or third-party provider issues may cause temporary disruption. We will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.
We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:
You may terminate your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or broadcast revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
